Casey Witmer Memorial Fund
As most of you now know, Casey Witmer, the New Oxford teen that we had been raising funds for to replace the family van, passed away on April 28 this year. Casey had muscular dystrophy since birth and did not qualify for life insurance coverage. We are very saddened by the passing of Casey. York Forest and other organizations gladly donated the funds already raised to help defray the costs of Casey's funeral, however expenses of over three thousand dollars remain to be paid by the family. Our Cedarettes and Clown Units, as well as other Masonic groups, have donated to this Memorial Fund already. Please consider contributing to the Casey Witmer Memorial Fund. Donations should be mailed to York Forest, PO Box 2, York PA 17405-0002 and designated for this fund.
